This book was inspired through my dissertation research discussing the impact of illustrations on child development between the ages of 5-7, with particular focus on autism. The book tackles one of the symptoms of the condition, the struggle to perceive emotion, by clearly explaining what a feeling feels like paired with an animal costume. In hope, this book will help children to visualise and communicate their emotions better.
